The 41th ESPEN (European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism) Congress was held during August 31 to September 3 in Krakow, Poland.
Ms. Ao and Ms.Akamine, in a doctoral course of food and nutrition, presented papers respectively entitled "High prevalence of vitamin B12 deficiency before and early after gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer" and "Seventy-five-gram oral glucose tolerance test using a flash glucose monitoring system".
